Stephen Raine is no longer the average Concert Pianist. In 2023, Stephen was involved in a traumatic circular saw accident to his right hand, which sadly resulted in the amputation of his little finger, and almost complete loss of all of the other fingers on that hand. The worst nightmare for a professional pianist.

Determined not to give up, after multiple surgeries, months of hand therapy and a challenging journey to relearn the piano and his repertoire, Stephen is once again performing in public, sharing his journey with a new perspective.
